Lunches have a protein, starch and fruit or vegetable. We include a dessert occasionally, especially for holidays.

Another nice feature is that we would be able to offer special sales programs to assist in the school’s fund-raising efforts. For instance, we could do a “pie” promotion at the Holidays, where the parents would order and pay for the pies online, then we would deliver the pies on the specified date, and the school would receive a prearranged portion of the proceeds. The only effort on the part of the school would be in helping to promote the sale and in-school distribution.
